Wilco is currently seeking multiple Heavy Equipment Operators (multi-equipment) to join our diverse and dynamic team Located In Edmonton and Area. Most equipment is CAT. Operators are required for the following:

• Excavator
• Loader
• Scraper
• Skid-Steer
• Grader (GPS experience preferred)
• Dozer (GPS experience preferred)

The Heavy Equipment Operator will perform some or all the following:

• Able to complete walk around and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and take direction.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physically able to perform all physical actions pertinent to the job, and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years equipment experience.
• Ability to run other pieces of equipment considered an asset.
• Must be capable of finish grading topsoil.
• Must be able to interpret survey stakes.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
• Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable Vehicle.
