Human Resources Advisor
LOCATION: Calgary, AB - 2000, 250 6 Ave SW - Bow Valley Square
We are seeking an HR Professional who is looking to advance their career in a leading engineering consulting firm. As a strategic HR Advisor supporting a portfolio of business line managers, you will exert influence, provide decision support, and administer employee transactions in a broad scope of HR functions (Recruitment, HRIS, Administration, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc ). You will provide tactical, administrative and professional day to day HR support and work on various projects aligned with enhancing Human Resources services at Tetra Tech.
This is a position based in our Downtown Calgary office (250 6th Ave SW Calgary). You will work independently, based out of our Calgary office, with support from our HR team, located in Vancouver.
You are an action-oriented individual who has the maturity to thrive, and think on your feet, enjoy tackling a variety of HR tasks each day and can establish collaborative relationships across your HR portfolio. You are inclusive and innovative and can navigate effectively in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
