Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our resort, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall guest experience. You will work closely with the Sales, Public Relations and Revenue Management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales.

What you will be doing:

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to increase revenue and drive brand and product awareness
• Develop progressive social media strategy and manage accounts
• Create engaging content that promotes the resort's offerings and brand
• Develop and execute a content plan that incorporates a well-defined SEO strategy
• Manage the creation and distribution of email campaigns in collaboration with regional digital marketing team
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to create targeted promotions and campaigns
• Manage photo and video shoots working with internal and external partners
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads
• Report on overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Work with the resort operations team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with guest experience initiatives

Your experience and skills include:

• 
  Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Experience with Abode Photoshop and InDesign is an asset.
