CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

MUST KNOW HOW TO RUN RESIDIENTIAL FILES FROM BEGINNING TO END AND IF YOU HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE HUGE ASSET

• Assist with the opening and closing of Real Estate files.
• Communicate with lenders and brokers.
• Review purchase and sale contracts.
• Draft and review documents, including Conveyance / lending documents; mortgage documents; vendor and purchase transaction documents; trust letters; statements of adjustments; closing documents / reports and accounts.
• Generate correspondence and reports, as directed.
• Review / request / order property reports, certificates of title, title insurance and related documents.
• Prepare transfers / affidavit of transferees.
• Assist with document revisions, as required.
• Maintain and file documents and associated databases.
• Organize closing funds.
• Conduct research, as required.
• Set up meetings and attend meetings with clients.
• Interview clients.
• Maintain client relations.
• Perform general office duties, as required.
