We are looking for an experience Group Fitness Trainer to join us at the F45 Training Ancaster location who is energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, and easily able to manage a room. As our studio continues to grow, we can't wait to have new faces join our team. We always work with our team members schedule, and successful applicants will have the opportunity to grow their hours significantly over the year (if they wish). Applicants must have prior Group Training or Personal Training Experience to be considered.

PART-TIME GROUP FITNESS TRAINER OVERVIEW

The Part-Time Group Fitness Trainer plays a vital role within the team, to coach classes, be a team player, and deliver the F45 Experience to the local community. You will also be working closely with the Head Personal Trainer and Ownership Team to foster and retain current members, welcome new members, and create the best in studio culture for our members! The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, energetic, professional with excellent verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver predesigned workouts to groups up to 36 members
• Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly, while consistently encouraging members to push their limits and achieve their goals
• Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
• Deliver high-energy and motivation through every F45 class, speaking confidently and clearly
• Support in maintaining a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
• Attend monthly fitness staff meetings, required on-going team training
• Handle member concerns when applicable

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 2+ years of Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Training experience required
• Must hold current fitness certification from a F45 approved organization, including CPR/AED certification
• Minimum of introductory knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Excellent team player; with the ability to work independently
• Goal oriented and self-motivated
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• A strong interest and passion for fitness and motivating others to achieve their goals
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60lbs

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 6-8 per week

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
