The Role:

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Customer Success team! In this role, you will tackle 2 things; confidently manage our customer onboarding project plans, ensuring they are on track & engaging our unresponsive clients to get them back on track. Our clients and team members will count on you to ensure our customer onboarding experience is seamless and efficient. When projects are full steam ahead, you are able to stay collected and focus on the details, making certain that nothing slips through the cracks.

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative details and client correspondence; including creating and filling out cases on Salesforce and sending email cadences to clients on behalf of the Implementation Specialist
  • Assisting our Implementation Specialists in the preparation of agendas and client presentation materials
  • Circulating action items to all key stakeholders and following up with both clients and internal team members to ensure movement on outstanding tasks
  • Maintaining communication with our clients & internal stakeholders regarding project timelines and updates, escalating key blockers with the team.
  • Ensuring the project and implementation is on track and finding solutions to unblock projects to the right key stakeholders
  • Preparing and delivering project management status reports to the Implementation Specialist; highlighting project progress and potential issues
  • Investigating with other departments to address aspects of client requests, including communicating with our Sales and Customer Support teams
  • Engaging with unresponsive clients; actively reaching out through email, text, and phone calls

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous project management experience
  • Very detail-oriented and organized, with emphasis on strong follow-through
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to find new ways to improve efficiencies

Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS or start up experience
  • Previous experience in MS Office and Salesforce
