Currently recruiting for a Senior Corporate Paralegal with Cores 3 that can run files from beginning to end.

• Maintenance of corporate files and minute books, including data entry into ALF
• Corporate Registry filings and registration matters
• Preparation of corporate documents such as incorporations, share structures, dissolutions, revivals, shareholder agreements, resolutions, corporate reorganizations, minute book audits, due diligence searches, closing books, and other related Cores 3 level services.
• Outstanding legal technical skills – demonstrated ability to work at a Cores 3 level with independent judgement
• Outstanding customer service – ability to respond promptly to client needs, seeks feedback to improve service levels; meets commitments
• Computer Skills – has extensive knowledge and skill related to Microsoft Office; ability to use the internet and cloud-based client programs; fast and accurate typist; knowledge of accounting programs such as Elite (3E), NetDocuments, ARCS are assets; knowledge of ALF is required Education and Experience
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Cores 3 certification is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage files and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work in a team environment sharing workloads and files
