Guest Relations Customer Service Representatives work at our entry gates and provide both the first and the last impression that a visitor receives at the zoo. They are responsible for crowd and line management, executing sales, access control, concierge desk duties, call centre assistance during high volume periods, and parking lot management. As a Guest Relations Customer Service Representative, you will rotate through specific indoor and outdoor workstations.

The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is an outdoor facility and all staff working at the zoo must be comfortable working in a large variety of outdoor conditions. The organization follows the advice of Environment Canada when responding to temperature and air quality issues.
The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is a no-smoking environment including vaping.
