What we're looking for

Responsibilities

• Develop WooCommerce store (write child theme) following UI design.
• Develop an online neon drawing application (mobile friendly).
• Develop custom web features to enhance the user experience.
• Perform all activities in the development life cycle (Plan, Implement, Test, Document, Deploy, Maintain).
• Troubleshooting website issues (front end and back end).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience as WordPress Developer, 2+ years of experience with WooCommerce.
• Decent knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Familiar with UX and mobile development.
• Familiar with MySQL database development, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Ability to project manage.

Good to have

• Good understanding of SEO.
• Proficient in using Python.
