The ERP (NetSuite) Specialist & IT Coordinator will be the system “Guru” of the Madison Industrial Group’s ERP systems (NetSuite and Motorbase). They will be responsible for all aspects of the ERP system, including training, maintenance and management of the system. The System Administrator is also responsible for the coordinating the Information Technology (IT) systems for the Madison Industrial Group with the corporate central services IT team.
What you will be doing:
- Business system champion for Netsuite and Motorbase ERP’s
- Maintain role and user security for ERP’s
- Configure the quoting tool (CPQ) and maintain existing quote templates in the ERP System
- Act as the Level-1 user support for the ERP system and general IT/system issues
- Understand and document unresolved issues accurately then escalate to Level-2 support, as needed
- Follow up to get resolution and work with the user to apply the resolution
- Enforce consistency of data and processes in the ERP and IT across companies
- Document opportunities for improvement then share with the management
- Participate in the ERP version upgrades and system maintenance
- Be a champion for the ERP system and best practices
- Download and upload data to and/or from the ERP, as required
- Create custom reports through the system, as required
- Format and edit data in Microsoft Excel for the ERP system
- Manage the day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to:
- Coordinate ordering and set up new mobile phones and computer
- IT orientation for new users
- Manage the landline phones at the businesses
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the business level
- Coordinate the set up and access of systems for new users or position changes within the organization

What we need from you:
- Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience and skill in writing Javascript
- Hands-on experience and skills in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience administering NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a bonus
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to help users with day-to-day tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Results-driven individual with a strong problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
