Job Description

Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributor and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.

As a Graphic Designer at Braber Equipment, you will be responsible for following the company brand while producing a range of materials for print, web, and email campaigns.

We are looking for a positive individual who has excellent verbal communication skills, a team player who can work independently and likes to embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Create and format marketing materials including logos, business cards, catalogues, flyers, and brochures

· Rework text and perform color corrections

· Maintenance of the company website

· Prepare labels and decals for print production

· Take photographs of product

· Import and format copies and graphics into design templates

· Design graphics for traditional and online advertising and promotions

· Creating die lines for packaging

· Proofread final copy and edit graphics

· Understanding project requirements and ideas

· Collaborate with team to launch projects

Qualifications required:

· Post secondary education in Graphic design

· 1+ years experience working ideally in a similar role

· Proficiency with Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

· Knowledge of Pantone, CMYK, and RGB colour space

· Understanding of different file types such as: Bitmap vs. Vector, JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, etc.

· Knowledge of preparing files for print; checking fonts, links, colours, importing artwork, adding bleed and crop marks

· Understanding of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word and Publisher)

· Strong verbal communication and listening skills

· Basic photography experience is preferred

· Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
