Job Description

This position involves outbound sales duties in growing our B2B Marketing campaign that’s been in development and finally ready to launch. Our new Sales Rep will work closely with the team and the President to initiate and implement the B2B pitches while attracting and bringing new Realtors onboard with us.

The job will start with 2 weeks of inhouse training before launching into a hybrid outbound and office sales position. The office duties will be in two locations being Bathurst and Sheppard, North York and Bathurst and Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill.

The primary focus of the Sales Rep will be to use our tools and work closely with our marketing team to recruit new Realtors to sign up with our services and engage them with our nurturing campaign to ensure a steady flow of deals.

It is crucial that the person hired is not only an executor but also a thinker, capable of contributing their ideas to the team.

The position, which operates on a commission basis, offers a salary range of $50,000 to $95,000, with the real possibility of earning significantly more. Those with a demonstrated track record will also have the opportunity to receive a base salary in addition to commission. Moreover, we offer quarterly performance raises to further incentivize exceptional performance. Requirements Overview:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the real estate and mortgage industry
  • Mortgage Agent license: Prefer candidates that currently have it but willing to assist the right candidate in licensing also.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and making outbound sales pitches.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • College or University Diploma/Degree

Responsibilities in this Role:

  • Using our systemized yearly B2B Marketing campaign, Identify and develop new partnerships with real estate agents and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, social media and in-person meetings to build relationships with potential partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to attract new partners.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential partners.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing partners.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to expand our network of partnerships and increase sales.
